DESIGN CONCEPT
A colonial era residential bungalow in a leafy city suburb is to be replaced with a large multi-level family residence alongside a much taller residential tower that will house a mix of families. The two buildings of differing scale are clad in the same fashion as a means of visually making the two appear as a single hybrid building of varying heights. The dense nature of the proposed inhabitation of the site is complemented by lush and exotic gardens and generous community spaces including a large, sunny lawn on the ground and a cavernous, cosy swimming pool one of the upper floors.
