DESIGN CONCEPT
A luxury wellness resort is planned along the banks of an ancient estuary before it enters the Arabian sea. The resort’s feature is a luxurious spa facility complete with recreational and medicinal spa treatments, as well as a series of pools to relax and swim in, offering varying qualities of light , views and privacy. The pool areas are designed to let in the fabulous views of the river nearby as well as natural sunlight, breeze and birds.
MATERIAL PALETTE
- Beton brute style exposed concrete structure
- Exposed weather steel elements including screens and balconies ~Pools lined with handmade kiln tiles
- Landscape elements using locally available and shaped laterite stone
