DESIGN CONCEPT
In an attempt to avoid the common repetition observed in the facades of similar multifamily residential apartments, a secondary outer skin parts ways at strategic points in the elevation, to reveal a more intricate and diverse inner skin that features unique balconies, planters and window openings that create a distinct representation for each separate unit.
MATERIAL PALETTE
  • External walls of patterned terracotta panels and exposed brick and distressed, polished concrete
  • External planter boxes of black pigmented exposed concrete
